Quadrant — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Quadrant platform, operated by Precision Forward Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16209897), with registered office at Apartment 197, Metro Central Heights, 119 Newington Causeway, London SE1 6BW (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using Quadrant, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you represent a business with a signed Master Subscription Agreement (“MSA”), that MSA will govern and take precedence over these Terms in case of conflict.

1. Use of the Service

Quadrant is an AI-driven analytics and visibility platform offered as software-as-a-service (“Service”). You may use the Service only for lawful internal business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to register.

2. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Service;
- Upload or share unlawful, harmful, or infringing content;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; or
- Use the Service for competitive benchmarking without written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Data and Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. You retain ownership of your Customer Data. We do not sell or use Customer Data to train public large-language models.

5. Availability and Support

We use reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and provide support as described in our Service Level Agreement and Support Policy. Occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen events.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@projectquadrant.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Our total liability arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees (if any) you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
