Precision Forward Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, operating as the provider of the Quadrant platform — an AI-powered visibility analytics and content optimisation and automation solution.

We act as a Data Controller for personal data we collect directly and as a Data Processor when processing Customer Data under our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our platform, including activity logs, pages visited, and preferences.

- Customer Data: Data submitted by customers for analysis or automation within the Quadrant platform.
- Technical Data: IP addresses, browser type, device identifiers, and operating system details.
- Payment Data: Billing and transaction details processed securely via trusted payment processors such as Stripe.

We do not knowingly collect or process special category data unless explicitly provided for business purposes and authorised in writing.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Quadrant Services.
- Authenticate and manage user accounts.
- Respond to inquiries, technical requests, and support tickets.
- Communicate updates, security notices, and service information.

- Performance of a Contract: Where processing is necessary to deliver the Services under our Agreement.

5. How We Share Information

- Authorised subprocessors listed in our DPA (e.g., Vercel, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure AI, Supabase, Stripe).
- Service Providers: Vendors supporting hosting, analytics, customer success, or communication functions.
- Business Partners: Only where you have authorised or requested integrations.
- Legal or Regulatory Authorities: If required to comply with applicable laws or lawful requests.

We never sell personal data.

6. International Data Transfers

We store and process data primarily within the United Kingdom and European Economic Area (EEA). When data must be transferred outside these regions, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum (IDTA) to ensure adequate protection.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law. Upon termination of a customer account, we delete or anonymise Customer Data within 60 days, unless retention is required for legitimate business or legal reasons.

- Request erasure of personal data (“right to be forgotten”).

While we have applied for formal certification under these standards, we have not yet completed the certification process. We continuously review and improve our security programme to ensure compliance with the UK GDPR and other applicable data-protection laws.

11. Children’s Privacy

Quadrant is intended for business and professional use only. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When changes are made, the “Last updated” date at the top of the Policy will be revised. Material updates will be notified via email or through the Quadrant dashboard.
